Located steps from historic Washington Park, this 100+ year old brick walk-up was in rough shape when we purchased it in 2014. Since then, we doubled the size of the first floor with a corugated-steel addition off the back and gutted all three units in order to build some of the most unique and modern living spaces in the Capital Region! Each space features unique architectural details, hardwood floors, modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryers and a variety of amenities. The property also features a beautifully landscaped common backyard with gas BBQ, security cameras accessible by tenants via smartphone or tablet and professional property management services.

About the Neighborhood
Little Italy isn't too difficult to find. The cozy neighborhood, set in Troy's south central section, is nestled south of downtown and extends east to Fourth Street, from Ida to Division streets, and parts of Ferry Street, where it borders the city's Pottery District.
It's an urban area, but it's easily one of the city's prettiest neighborhoods, with rows of 19th century brick townhouses and brownstones. You'll find an interesting mix of architectural styles here, ranging from Greek Revival and Cape-Cod-style homes to two-family and commercial units -- several of which are for sale.
